At One Week- With Starting Photo

Just completed my first week really tracking food and exercise and getting involved with the SparkPeople site. I have started and quit so many times I have lost count, but this time I am taking progress photos along the way and holding myself more accountable.
I have still not started in with my daily exercise, but I am making small changes one at a time.
Starting back tracking everyday was my first goal which I have completed, now I am working on getting active in my teams & using social support for the first time. I have always tried to be my only source of motivation (which hasn't worked very well).
This is my starting photo, at 258.4 and a size 24 dress. I really didn't count the first week as I wanted to make sure that I would track consistently & follow my Spark Program, using spark coach and my spark teams. Keeping track now how things are going every month.
I think their have been a lot of half hearted tries, but I really want to stay with it this time, with all of my effort. emoticon emoticon
