I am feeling great since I've lost 12 lbs. but I need to remain focused. I noticed on the weekends I tend to get off track somewhat. I allow myself a cheat meal but I am afraid that I will fall back into a pattern of bad eating. I have a lot of positive changes upcoming into the new year so hoping I can continue to make healthy choices!
