BLC42 - SMART GOALS and WHYs

My SMART Goals for BLC42 are:
Specific - I will be under 210 pounds by my 60th birthday on February 4th.
Measurable - Daily scale checks and Weekly weigh-ins on Wednesdays
Achievable - 5+1 OPTAVIA Plan Daily
Relevant - I chose this weight-loss goal because I had almost gotten there at the end of the last challenge and then turned the other way for the first time in over a year. I wish it was 205 which was my delivery weight in 1989 (

) or 204 which was the weight I was when I met my husband in 1995 or 185 which was my weight after losing half of my extra pounds in 2014. I will be happy with being under 2010 as I know I have gotten back on track in the next few weeks.
Time-bound - My Birthday!
My WHYs for Getting Healthier and Losing Weight(borrowed from DEE797 as they are perfect for me):
1. to be physically fit/active and independent as I age
2. to have more energy and be able to travel
3. to set an example for my family
NUTRITION STREAK - 5+1 OPTAVIA Plan for the next 3 weeks
FITNESS STREAK - Stretch or walk daily for at least 20 minutes 3X a week
