Three motivational questions to ask myself when I need a kick in the butt!
What can you tell yourself every morning that will give you a sense of purpose for your day? I am working on myself so I am able to help others.
What can you tell yourself when you are thinking of skipping a walk or a workout? I am thankful I'm able to get outside and walk. Yes You CAN there are many that can't.
Is there something you can tell yourself when you are reaching for that second helping or that cookie? I will ask the question: What else is there that might satisfy me? An apple has the crunch and better nutrition, plus the pectin will make me feel fuller longer.
