Weekly Goals - Working Out is a Mood Changer

Happy Sunday! It's important to remember why you started your weight loss journey. On good days, work out. On bad days, work out even harder. Three months from now, you will thank yourself. After all, it's never too late to work towards being the healthiest you. Believe it or not, working out is a mood changer so let's get moving for better health and fitness!
Here's my weekly goals:
1) Exercise 45 - 60 minutes per day ~ [Met 7 out of 7 days]
2) Daily Steps at least 11,000 per day ~ [Met 7 out of 7 days]
3) Sleep 6 - 7 hours per night ~ [Met 6 out of 7 days]
