More shopping

Don't *tut* at me.  It wasn't my fault.  I couldn't help it.  To be fair, It was an innocent  mistake. I didn't mean to spend more money.  It's just that erm, er, well.............  It was an ACCIDENT I tell you.  You can't blame me for that.  OK maybe not exactly an accident but look the thing is, there's no storage here and now my stuff is slowly pitching up from Elaine's garage and The Worker Friend [?]'s loft, I need to be able to put it away.  Clearly I needed to buy storage boxes and the like.  Surely you can see that's perfectly reasonable?  Stop wagging your finger at me!  Besides, I've already gone over budget this week.  So obvs I might as well spend more money buying 'stuff' this week including fancy mirrors and sh!t.  Then I won't go over budget next week and everyone will be happy.  Come on, you know it makes sense.  Excuse me?  Don't you roll your eyes at me in that tone of voice.

Meh!  I'll go back to the tennis then.  Speaking of which, back in the day it used to be so simple.  I'd switch on to a match and watch.  If it was one of my favourite players I'd be cheering them on.  If it was one of the few players I disliked, I'd cheer their opponent.  If it was two players I didn't have strong opinions on either way, I'd just go with how I felt as it unfolded.  No thoughts about anything other than the immediate match.  Somewhere down the years it changed so I'm thinking  'if player A beats player B it will mean x for player C'.  I tuned into the Federer match this morning and was cheering Millman.  Then it occurred to me, if Federer loses, there's not really anyone else likely to stop Djokovic before the final.  But then if Federer wins, he's still in with a chance of going further ahead of Nadal in Grand Slam titles.  But then if he loses...............

Sometimes we overthink things.  I decided not to 'decide'.  Or more to the point, I chose to let my heart decide not my head.  Found myself cheering and fist pumping and to hell with tomorrow.  After all, isn't that the point of sport/art/music/literature?  To enjoy the beauty of the moment.  Vamos!

Bright blessings

No eye rolling here! I'll spend $100 to save $10. Don't even get me started on what I'll spend to save $8 in shipping fees.

    It is what is is.....

Congratulations on solving your storage issues.

Needs have to be met. You have storage needs, the shopping had to be done - simps!

As for the eye rolling, no chance... anyway, your money, your house, your clutter to be organised..

Enjoy the tennis and keep organising those results, that way you’ll get the outcome you wanted.
