A different mind set this time

I am always on a diet. This time I am trying to plan my meals that include things I avoid. For instance, I made homemade biscuits tonight for my husband. I included a biscuit without the butter in my dinner meal. I made cookies yesterday and ate one for a snack. I always deny myself of these things when β€œon a diet.” However, this time I am eating within my calorie limit and applying portion control. Not 2 cookies, just one. β€œA” biscuit not two. I have thought a lot about myself to determine my issues. The other thing I did was to stop weighing everyday. Both of these changes have reduced my diet anxiety. Fingers crossed 🀞

    You are doing the smart approach to eating! The minute we deny it becomes a punishment and we don't want to do this. Life has biscuits. Have one and enjoy it. :)
