Day 24: Tonight's Dinner Challenge

When your "go to" is seafood pasta, you wonder what else you'd like on the menu.
Found the "Fresh Catch Of The Day". My go to is usually salmon, but my friend suggested I switch it up. I got grilled cod instead. I had them top it with tomato & cilantro, but it still needed a squeeze of lemon for flavor.
Also asked for a skewer of grilled shrimp for my salad. I NEVER use that much dressing. I don't think I even used half of one of those containers. (I love Honey French salad dressing, but I know a little goes a long way!)
And, I broke down & had ONE cheddar Bay biscuit. That was hard, because my friend said it was nice & warm.
I was quite full after all that.
Lobster Fest starts next week. Hopefully the asparagus stays on the menu for a bit. I was sad to learn it was a seasonal item.
