Change it up-great idea!

Today in my premium coaching, Coach Nicole suggested changing up my routines to see weight come off. So, I am going to change the intensity of my routine on the tread mill this week and also change my strength training to resistance bands as mostly in the past I have been using dumb bells. My cardio has mostly just going for as long and as far as I can, which has its benefits, but I sense that Coach Nicole has good insight into my problem with my weight not going down. And I am also going to track the changes I am making on my calendar and make a point of changing the two avenues of exercise in six weeks. What have I got to lose? But maybe five pounds or so. Lol.
