Day 26/24 Doing Great

I have just been too busy to blog but I am doing great. In my Operation Brickhouse group I have had perfect points for 3 weeks and I have lost about 8 to 9 lbs since January 1 depending on day. I feel so much better.

Work is busy but food is good. I have fallen right back into the routine I set up 3 years ago. My house pantry was already compliant. There is some junk food in the house but not much and it is the guys and gets one shelf. No temptation.

Exercise is going great! I make it 3 nights a week to water jog for 45 minutes, I do a recumbent bike at least 2 to 3 days a week for 45 minutes and last week I did an hour of Hot Yoga and I may try to make that a weekly thing I do on Fridays at 4:30. It is good for my balance.
