Well I didn't make my January goal of losing 4 pounds. But I will take the ONE pound that I did lose. I will be on this journey forever!!
I know what I have to do to lose weight. Less calories in and burn calories with exercise, drink water, get some exercise, reduce or eliminate the devil, sugar. Should be easy. Right? Not for me! Something happens emotionally or I take a bite of something and the taste makes my brain want more and more. I am better off not taking that ONE first bite. Some people can eat a "normal" serving of ice cream ( 1/4 or 1/2 cup), one slice of pizza, 2 small cookies That is only the beginning taste for me. As some say "Anything In Moderation". Not for me I am better off not taking that first bite.
So I am going to do better this month by not taking that first taste.. that first bite.
I will try again for 4 pounds in February! Have a good Month!!
