Progress Report #2

I am still working on my overall goal of cutting down on alcohol. I have made my goal each week and am finding that it is getting easier.
This month, I am going to add the short term goal of eating a fruit or vegetable at every meal. I have a hard time adding fruits or veggies to breakfast, so that will be a challenge for me.
I like to meal prep breakfast. Does anyone have any good suggestions?
