Progress Report #2

I am still working on my overall goal of cutting down on alcohol. I have made my goal each week and am finding that it is getting easier.

This month, I am going to add the short term goal of eating a fruit or vegetable at every meal. I have a hard time adding fruits or veggies to breakfast, so that will be a challenge for me.

I like to meal prep breakfast. Does anyone have any good suggestions?

    I have 2 breakfasts using fruit. One is oatmeal adding raisins. The other is egg makers (cook in cup 30 seconds, stir and cook 30 seconds more) I make an egg sandwich using 100% whole wheat bread and have applesauce for my fruit. Turkey sausage can be added for even more protein. Nutri grain waffles with strawberries is another good one. Toast the waffles twice in toaster. If you think of other please share.     This time of year I get my veggies in @ breakfast by sometimes having soup. It just feels good when the weather is cool.
