Progress and goals

Well once again I'm looking back on the last month and saying what the heck? What happened to my goals? I did make the one week goal of not eating my trigger food of chocolate but of coarse when the week was over it was hello my friend! I feel like I've cut down some. The scale did go down a couple pounds but I'm not making the progress I would like. I'm over tired. Not using my recumbent like I wanted . I'm emotional eating AND I'm eating to stay awake. High sugar foods at that so I know at this rate the scale won't stay down for long. The thing that's motivating me currently? Vacation. March25th. I want to be able to go to Texas and wear shorts or dresses and not look like or feel like a beached whale so everything in moderation right?
