Today I've eaten 3,540 calories. This isn't a new thing. This is how I eat all the time. It's disgusting. I binge, gorge, stuff myself with whatever I'm eating until I can't eat any longer. How do I change this? How do I stop eating so much??

    There are therapists who specialize in helping with food/eating issues. I've thought of going to one myself. It might be helpful to see if any are in your area.

    One day at a time. My advice is each day try to cut out a few more calories. It won't be easy but if you will track your foods, you will know where you are. Good luck to you. It won't be easy but you can do it with positive thoughts and know that you can eat fewer calories. Don't keep your trigger foods in the house. I am trying to stop drinking dr. peppers. I have got myself to 1 per day. I was drinking 5 or 6. My biggest thing was having them in the house. When they aren't here, I will drink water or iced tea (sweetened with Splenda).

    I like to log the food first - it helps to see the calories BEFORE I start eating. I agree with others, drink lots of water or have a nice, hot mug of tea. Best wishes!

    One moment at a time. Planning what you eat and drink bdailu l.writing the date and times that you eat and drink. Drinking 8glassesbof wyetbanc checking with your doc to make sure there's nothing else going on. That is what had helped me.

    always drink glass of water before eating. wait 5 min before eating. eat half of your meal and drink another glass of water and wait 5 min. you will probable find that you are no longer hungry.
