Just weight training today with some elliptical and stationary bike work. Did 35 minutes on the bike, my longest time ever. Didn’t take my audiobook and just watched TV. The TV is way too close so periodically I would have to look away out the window or just close my eyes. I probably could have gone longer but the bottoms of feet were starting to ache.

Then I noticed my favorite elliptical was unoccupied and I haven’t gotten to use it in awhile so I jumped on. It is amazing how much stamina one has when you haven’t run a couple miles before climbing one an elliptical. It was fantastic and I went further on it than ever before too. I’m counting both of those as victories in my book today. Light, easy exercises that yielded big results.

Lifted some weights too. Same machines as yesterday working my shoulders and upper arms.

And I actually got a look at myself in the mirror while I was lifting and - I look slimmer. Been a long time since I really looked at myself and I was kinda surprised how my body is starting to transform from working out at the Y. It’s been a long time coming but it’s looking good.
