Hitting The Snack Foods

Friday, February 07, 2020

Still making low sodium, low fat foods for us as part of my husband's heart diet. He's been doing his exercises at the local gym. Lost some weight - both of us. But lately, some issues with his mom who's 100 years old and in a hospice nursing home, causing stress. That causes my psoriasis to act up, and that upsets me more. I've been hitting the snack food which I do not want to do but can't stop.

I decided to start tracking food and exercise as the first step. Maybe if I see what I'm eating that I shouldn't be eating I'll pay more attention to it and stop eating it...

Psoriasis is an auto-immune disease and is incurable. It worries me a lot. It's also passed on genetically. Nobody in my family had it, but I would hate to pass it on to our daughter. Please God let her be spared of it!

That's it for now. Onward!
