The expectation from any type of eating plan it seems, is logging food. Why do I struggle with this? Is it because I try to do it in real time? Is it because it feels like one more chore? I understand the benefits..see where the problems are, keep myself accountable...but I still struggle with doing this more than a day or two.
I am going to start again today. I still have 5 weeks of recovery from knee surgery so maybe the extra time will help me develop this habit. I know I won’t be perfect, but this perfectionist is going to forgive myself. Even though I haven’t fully started changing my eating and exercise yet , logging starts today.
