Still plugging away at it.

This week as I continue my plan:

I started a Tai-Chi class. Something I have wanted to do for a while but never had the courage to do it. My daughter went with me. We both absolutely loved it and plan to make it a part of our weekly routine. 

I cooked meals at home each night and even tried two new recipes. One was a keeper - one was not. The more I cook at home the less alcohol I consume because I am not at a restaurant ordering wine or beer.

I actually lost another pound last week as well.
