Weekly Goals - No Excuses

Well, I am physically, mentally, and emotionally ready to enter a new phase in my life. No excuses. I'm ready to grow and get better. No excuses. When you focus on the good, the good gets better. A positive mindset is what separates the best from the rest. This week I plan to focus on having healthier eating habits (No Fast Food) and having No Excuses for reaching my daily goals.

1) Exercise 45 - 60 minutes per day
2) Daily Steps at least 11,500 per day
3) Sleep 6 - 7 hours per night
4) 50 Squats per day
5) Pray & Meditate for at least 30 minutes per day
