Well, I've been down this road before. Several times. Feeling the need for some structure so here I am, back again. The upside is that while I've been gone I think my weight has been pretty stable - so what I've learned does seem to stick with me. Not always, but often enough.

I'm so LOVING my reduced hours at work. As especially enjoying the NOT teaching part. I do miss interaction with my students, but boy oh boy, I sure DON'T miss spending Sunday afternoons either putting finishing touches on my Monday lecture or stressing about that lecture! I'll be picking up some additional tasks here as well. Won't increase my hours, but it will make me more efficient, which in turn should make the days go by faster!

I know myself enough to know this time I'll slip up as well. I will forget to post or get busy. And sad as it is to say, Sparkpeople is one of the easier things to let fall by the wayside. Note I said easier, not less important! I've got a sister-reunion coming up in April that I've very much looking forward to. Keeping my fingers crossed that I'll be feeling fit and energetic for that trip.

A number of new projects in the works, and adding some new responsibilities here at work so staying on track should be easier. For me, like so many other people, it seems the busier I am the more efficient I become.
