Always looking for new solutions yesterday I saw in my grocer's freezer the Eggwich sandwich and it looked great, a breadless meal and quick to fix. Bought the package and tried it this morning. Only 1 minute 40 seconds to fix.
When I looked at my percentage chart after posting the meal I was
again! This meal after adding a small .5 cup of applesauce was 59% FAT!!, 21% carbs and 20% protein. This is not the breakfast that fits my plan. The meal was tasty but not enough for that many calories 240.
Will be sticking to egg makers with turkey sausage links and 100% whole wheat bread for a lot less calories.
