The big day is tomorrow

I start my new diet goals tomorrow. I will have a yogurt for lunch and breakfast and a healthy dinner. It is my goal to consume less than 500 calories each meal for lunch and breakfast and 1000 for dinner or less. This is something I did in the past and I lost 30 pounds. I gained it all back when I went back to my old eating habits. It is time for a change and a new lifestyle. I am 40 and I will be 41 next month. I am excited. One of my challenges will be sugar for my coffee and cream for my coffee. I have Plantar Facitis in my left foot and sometimes it hurts real bad. I look forward to losing weight and fitting into my goal clothes.
