It’s a slow process but it’s all good you can’t stress it just do what you have to do to get fit push on never give up, giving up is giving up on you and life don’t do it keep pushing on. Try something new a new fruit or vegetable maybe a new move during your workout it’s only a chore if you hate find what works what you love and do it!!!
