Got it done for Saturday... 'milled it in.

16 degrees. BRRR. I was tempted for about 5 seconds to try for an outside run, but... I didn't. In my defense, I'm not sure what I would have worn. SOMEBODY absolutely has to wash running clothes today, especially the cold weather gear!!!
So, I bundled up and walked over to the Planet Fitness and enjoyed a run in shorts and t-shirt. I got in 5 miles of easy treadmill running, took a shower, and headed home.
Bonuses - walking through Target was literally on my way home (i.e., in the front, out the back paralleled the walk down a half block I would have made anyway), so I grabbed some plant-based Perfect Bars. They make nice calorie-controlled snacks/meal replacements to keep me from eating something "more junky," and M likes them as well. And the walking to and from Planet Fitness fulfilled my 10 "extra" fitness minutes for the daily challenge.
Now I'm cozy, have coffee, have a book plus some TV shows to catch up on, and just a little while to go before I open my I.F. eating window with a plant-based protein shake (that I actually enjoy!). And I have laundry to do... DEFINITELY have laundry to do.
