Goals & Gratitude 2/17/20

Well I lasted a week on intermittent fasting but then had to stop. One of my medications is activated only if I eat with it (and at least 350 calories) and I need to take it at least 8 hours apart, but 10-12 hours is preferable. It was getting crazy trying to time everything and get in my fasting time. It was just too much trouble. I will continue to work on the no nighttime eating thing as I think that's my worst habit. If I could get it under control, I have no doubt that I would lose weight.

Someone posted on the Community Feed about the No S Diet. I am reading up on it and may try it as it sound very easy. The rules are: no seconds, no sweets, and no snacks. Though I rarely have seconds, the sweets thing is my downfall. Anyways, I will continue to read up on it. It might be a good thing to try during Lent, when I work on my sugar intake anyways.

It is so nice being on vacation. I spent about four hours last night needlepointing. It was so relaxing. I am planning on doing the same thing tonight after dinner.

I start my internship tomorrow morning. I am very excited and curious as to what I will actually be doing. It's a long drive to get there, but I have audio books to listen to.

Today I'm Grateful For...
1) That I had a good time tutoring my friend N. in English this morning.
2) That I finished two audio books today.
3) That I have a yummy dinner (mac n cheese and kielbasa and salad) planned for dinner tonight.
