Been dealing with symptoms of a slight cold for a few days now but this morning it came on like a vengeance. Felt extremely fatigued throughout my morning commute to drop my older two daughters off at work and college so upon returning home I touched base with my two younger daughters about homeschooling matters and hit the hay until I had to pick up my daughter for lunch. Then I did homeschooling corrections with the girls and took a second nap. When I awoke this time I was on a roll...picked up daughter from college, made dinner, went to a monthly NAMI family support group meeting, and did my cardio and strength minutes in the basement since I slept away the warm sunshine hours of this beautiful day. I allow myself one grace day a week with a step count of 8000 (the other six are 10000+). Today IS that day this week.
Tomorrow starts early with a two hour psych intake appointment for my daughter. Have to be there at 7am. Then I take all three of the older girls to where they need to go: work, college, and co-op before buckling down at the library with my youngest to take care of homeschooling. All that before exercise is even an option. Sure hope my head, especially my nose, gets on board with all that.
Keep moving forward! - Kohl
