What I Eat...

Hey Y'all, I'm back with another What I Eat in a Day blog!

I'm typically not hungry in the morning and like to at least wait 12-14 hrs between the last meal I ate the night before and the first meal of the day. Basically, everyday I eat breakfast usually late morning or early afternoon unless I just wake up starving. I find this works best for me because I can be a huge snacker and once I eat I want to keep eating 😭😶. Let's jump right in.

7:15 am
1 cup of Lemon Water. I try to start every morning with a glass of warm lemon water to help boost my metabolism.

Breakfast (9:45am)

I had half a Great Value Plain Bagel (125 cal.) I bought these because they were cheaper than the brand I normally eat and they also came with 60 more calorie per bagel 😳. I paired it with half a tbsp of Great Value Strawberry Cream Cheese Spread (23 cal.) and 3 medium sliced Strawberries (13 cal). When it comes to any kind of spread I only need a little. To finish it off I had Best Choice Blueberries n Cream Instant Oatmeal (130 cal) and 1 cup of Lemon Water.

Total Calories: 291

* 2 cups of water

Lunch (3:15pm)

I ate lunch late due to breakfast keeping me full. I also worked out and was pretty hungry so I decided a rice bowl was the way to go. I used a Minute Brown Rice Cup (220 cal) with 3 oz of leftover diced Chicken Breast (82 cal). 1 cup of Great Value Steamable Broccoli Cuts (30 cal) and 1 medium Zucchini (33 cal). 1 medium slice of Onion (7cal) and 5 stripes of Green Bell Pepper (5 cal). Topped with 2 single packs of Sweet Chili Sauce (10 cal).

Total Calories: 387

I only ate half because I got stuffed and I've had at least 6 cups of water at this point too.

Total Calories Ate: 194

* 1 cups of water

Snack (4:30pm )

1 oz (serving) of Quakers Carmel Rice Crisps (120 cal). I got hungry pretty quick from eating so few calories at lunch.

Total Calories: 120

* 1 cup of water

Dinner (7:00pm)

For dinner I had TACOS! 2.5 oz of Pork Shoulder Roast (225 cal) in 2 Old El Paso Tortillas (150 cal) topped with 2 tbsp of chopped Onion (8cal), 1 tbsp of Sour Cream (30 cal), 2 tbsp of Great Value Organic Mild Salsa (5 cal). Half a cup of Homemade Spanish Rice (121 cal) and half a medium Idaho Potato (65 cal) sliced and roasted.

Total Calories: 604

I didn't eat the potatoes because I undercooked them 😕😒.

Total Calories Ate: 539

* 2 cups of water

Snack (8:30pm)

2 cups of Great Value Lite Butter Popcorn (40 cal)

Total Calories: 40

* 1 cup of water (10 cups total or basically 5 water bottles. I can drink water pretty easy and it helps aid me in staying full)

Total Calories: 1184

I was a bit under 1,200 which I normally don't do. Not eating everything can do that, but there is no way I could have ate any more.
