Hi, Y'all! Happy Sunday to you! Sunday is always the end of my week so I like to do my weekly weigh-in on this day. Right before the beginning of this year I was struggling with 10 pounds I had gained around the holidays. I lost it and gained it back and back and forth it went. I decided no more excuses, no more tomorrows, I was going to buckle down.
And I did!
Today I weighed in at 197lbs! 3 lbs down this week! I'm 1 pound lighter than when I gained that 10 lbs! Finally, I've over that hurdle and excited to continue on my journey to my goal weight.
