First step...again

I've decided to commit to a 90 day journey. I'm not commiting to fitness or a diet or anything like that. When I do that I get overwhelmed and quit. I'm commiting to being aware of decisions. I can eat this cup cake but it's not helping me achieve my goals. Making a consistent and deliberate effort to think about what I'm choosing. Today I choose to state somewhere that I'm doing it. This is day two I have 88 more days. Today is a new day. This is a new journey. Here's to making 2020 my year!

    Love your attitude. Make it work how it does for you. I myself know if I forbid a certain food from my life I crave it more and crash hard. I need to work on making conscious decisions regarding my health and mental wellness. Thanks for inspiration.
