It's always a PUSH!

Hi all!! I read a blog from Melanie Metro how people complain and make excuses for why they don't make time for exercise or try to eat right. I think she's a great gal and I thought her comments were honest. It makes me think about how I've accomplished ANYTHING in my life...it's never easy. Nothing is easy but when we try our bodies adjust. Even our cravings change. For change we have to be willing to suffer for it. If we choose to be lazy or make excuses instead, we create a different kind of hardship that one day we will reap as well. It's true...we reap what we sow. So yes...we will always have to push. Just always. Do you push yourself to go to work? Do you withhold your hand from spending all the money meant for bills? Do you walk away when your mad to avoid hurting someone? These are good things to control ourselves from right? I suppose it depends on what's important to you. I'm just noticing that in life nothing is really "handed to us on a silver platter"...well some things are but most things are meant to be worked for or earned. My goal has been to flatten my moma belly. My youngest is 13 now 😏. How long can I just make excuses not to try. So...some things I gave up are coffee and bread. Yes, I am finally seeing it melt away. A life without coffee or bread isn't that bad once you get used to it. Really. You CAN adjust. Worked out both days this week...I'm 46...my heels hurt and I'm tired but I have to be responsible and teach my son school and then pick up my other sons from their school. Fix dinner...and heck...the list goes on. Just saying YOU can do it. I can do it. I will. Have a blessed day beautiful people!!
