Starting Over Again! 2.26.2020

Here I go again trying to start over again with accountability to my eating habits and to lose the 35 pounds I have gained since I met my goal back in 2012. It has been a roller coaster with my weight but I must do this. I can do this one day and one step at a time. I log food and read all the articles I can but it is at night that I encounter my sweet tooth and lose it. But once again I am going to try and be committed. emoticon

    Brush your teeth after dinner and tell yourself all eating has to be done by 7pm. Keep yourself busy at night too and if others are snacking near you find another place to be. Once you make this commitment people around you can eat darn near anything and you won't be phased by it. My husband is a skinny, little night snacker and I can sit right next to him now and it doesn't bug me. You got this!!!
