Another loss!

I "turtled" (stayed the same) last week and was surprised. I'd been at the Vancouver Fan Expo all weekend and there were some extra's there and a meal out to celebrate my sister's birthday. This past week had too many calories in my weekend. While I'm much improved from how I would have been eating, even a year ago, it was a far from perfect weekend and not within my 1500 calorie maximum either day.
I'm still struggling trying to fit in exercise. My goals for February was to make exercise a habit and also lose 5 pounds more. I sadly failed to achieve either goal. emoticon
I've got another 8.4 to lose by March 25 to meet my Spark goal. I'm hoping that I can still figure out this exercise business and make it happen. Even if I don't make goal, the important thing is I'll weigh less on March 25 than I did on January 01. So that's a win, right?
I know that I'm making progress, and I need also to remember it took time to put on and it will take time to take off. So I am just taking it one day at a time.
