whew, what a day. I did talk to a director at the school about the bus issue(s) we are having. I feel a bit better about it. Not great, but better.

I ran some errands today. I got myself some more glucosamine/chondroiton for my knees. Got the kids some summer clothes (neon colors so I can find them in a crowd) and got the dog a kennel for the basement. He generally cant stay upstairs when people come over, like various therapies we have for our son, because he gets in the way, he gets nervous, and sheds a TON or he barks the whole time. So we had been putting him in the downstairs bathroom. Until he started to dig at the floor. So now he has a kennel for the basement. He loves his kennel, so hopefully he will love the basement one as well.

I made it to the gym tonight. It was leg day. My legs feel like jelly now. Tomorrow I work, so I do need to get my self decompressed and get to bed. Probably a little help from melatonin needed tonight. The downside of working out after dinner, I feel energized.

As we are nearing the end of the week, and the end of the month, I am looking back to see just how much I have accomplished at the gym. I am dang proud of myself for all i've done! This will be 4 weeks I've been going consistently and adding the weight training. Since doing so, I haven't noticed the scale move as much as "usual" when Im doing well on Keto, but I have noticed my close fitting looser and other tangible, not scale changes. I'll take it.
