March is tomorrow already!

Well, I don't know where February went... but in order to get nice spring weather, we need to keep moving. We did have a few nice days in the 50s, but it's cold again out there. Still keeping my cholesterol in check!

Currently, I'm working on getting more sleep. My husband and I are on different shifts, and it makes it hard if I want/need to talk to him about stuff. So, I'm just going to have to get to sleep earlier and make the best of the weekends. I've been thinking about getting up earlier so I can do my exercises in the morning... but I'm not a morning person. Maybe if I get to bed earlier I might stand a chance at getting up earlier. We'll see.

I've been really getting stressed today. I'm trying not to. I was on vacation this week, and it was the best week I've had in a while emotionally. And today I was thinking about having to go back to work. My boss... he's one that you never know what kind of mood he's in until you get in there, and then that's how your day is going to go. It's very stressful. So then when I'm stressed, it's very hard to think about or concentrate on other things.

I seem to be stuck in a rut the past 3 weeks. I've been gaining little bits each week. So, that's frustrating as well. I'm going to be tracking my food with my weight watchers books this week as well. I like to track WW and Sparkpeople because with the WW, you just never know where you are with the numbers on things. I mostly watch my protein, iron, calcium, fiber, cholesterol, and sodium. And with the WW, all you know is your points really. Not how well you're eating overall.

I'm going to relax a bit and watch some Outlander. It's become a great motivator for me. If I exercise I can watch an episode, if I don't... no Outlander for me!

    yup i agree with you about WW only about the points. i do well with it though-so i am still doing it...
