Day 26 and 27: Slipped up - sugary snacks happened

Not the best days.
On my way home from work on Friday I had a mocha coffee.
Then, yesterday, I got down the box of chocolates that I had stored away for the duration of the this period, and one little chocolate became two, became three, etc.
Is it the end of the world? No.
I am disappointed with myself and I'm not really sure what happened - I guess the resolve to say no was not as strong as the older habits and patterns of it being okay, and just one more, or, go on, you deserve it. And, feeling a bit unwell, and having Saturdays at home.
I think it may also say something about those little chocolate snacks I have in the house. I may not be properly ready to keep chocolate snacks to just have one at the end of the day.
So, I'm thinking of going on for another 30 days - I read somewhere that it actually takes 66 days for a new habit to settle - but I'm not sure. Right now, feeling a little tired.
