Frustration: Must of the restaurant's in town do not have a calorie menu. How do I track everything accurately? Sunday's are the worst, because I go out to eat almost every Sunday after church with a close friend. - It is just going to have to be - Small town life.

That's a frustration I share, and it also happens when I eat at the home of a friend or relative.

That's my problem too! Almost every Sunday we go on an organized motorcycle ride to some restaurant. I try to look at the menu before we leave. Salad is about the only thing that I can actually feel good about ordering. But the down fall happens when we get there and I hear what everyone else is ordering. Yesterday I heard onion rings and immediately told the order taker to add them to mine too! OMG! I need help! emoticon emoticon Hope it gets better for us both!

Restaurants are tough for me as well. If the calorie count isn't there, I go online and try to find something similar just to get an idea of the calorie count. And it is sooo easy to be tempted by food when eating out.
