I love Spring & I love the changes that it brings. My life is pretty full of changes right now & it feels pretty uncomfortable but I'm hoping that these changes put me on a better life path.
My weight has stayed the same but I call that an accomplishment because many days I could have inhaled my favorite junk foods just to dull some of that free floating anxiety. But I have mostly stayed on track. Not with exercise.
Life happens. And it happened right in the middle of my 5% Challenge, but I have to say that my team hasn't been negative or disparaging about my slack participation. And that has been the most encouraging thing. That I get the same support when I'm operating at full speed or I have to take a giant step back. All my team mates have been lovely & I look forward to the Spring Challenge & being able to more fully participate!
