Set my goals for yesterday, shared them and was successful. Ate at A&W. Only ate 1/3 of my chubby chicken burger. My girls got the rest of the chicken. Love their root beer, less than a 1/2 cup(4 oz) was enough to satisfy. Sometimes it is so easy to succeed and yesterday it was. Am I up for today. Yes.
