Woke up really sore this morning & was very tempted to skip my workout. Turns out that walking outside in the sunshine was enjoyable & satisfied my fitness minute requirement. I don't know why I feel I have to do the hardest workouts I can manage. To keep moving is the objective, not to be the fastest or sweat the most.
So I had a lovely gentle walk & alleviated some of the soreness. Still winning, still walking.
