Blogging - Day 3 & 4 of the Challenge

Here are my focuses for March. I am repeating February since that was a step back...

1. Check in with Spark's Coaching each day
2. At least 9 cups of water a day
- I was doing 12+ cups a day, but according to the color test I was OVER hydrated.
3. 3 cups of water before any pop
4. Maximum of 1 pop per day (75% of the month - 24 days)
5. Calories / day: In the green
6. Physical activity: 120 minutes / week (20 minutes / day)
7. Minimum of 6,000 steps per day, even on Saturday and Sunday
8. Watch "healthy" videos (1 / day)
