I joined again and I have requested to be a member of the Starfish team again, but there are many great teams to pick to help motivate in your goals
My plan is to continue with my gluten free/low starch diet. I am still trying for 2x more veg then fruit since I started noticing veg has less carb then fruit, and still try for 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water
My exercise plan is 120 mins daily. Most of it is in walking, but I also have elliptical, Richard Simmons dvds, and use spark videos depending on my mood. I have a Gold's Home Gym for strength training and now that I am retired trying to get back in to that.
