Reason reminders

I've been thinking about the lack of motivation I had, and the sporadic motivation I've had over the last few months. I did well when I had a solid reason behind my reason to lose weight and I know that it really helps when the motivation drops. I wanted to make a list of reasons for losing weight and getting healthier so I can look at it when my motivation drops:

Losing weight:
Going to the store and always finding something that fit
The way my knees felt when I was driving in the car
No bra bulges in my shirt . No bulges at all.
Chairs felt bigger.
Ease of walking and working around the house

Getting fit:
Ran a 5k
Walk all day
Work around the house without tiring
Not worrying about whether I could lift/move/do something

Quitting smoking:
Better cleanings at the dentist
Not taking time out to go outside
Saving money
Clothes smelling better
Best thing I can do for my health
Not having health care providers nag me

Hopefully this will help. I'm getting too old to take my health for granted.
