A lot of people are stuck at home right now due to the COVID-19 outbreak or Coronavirus (whatever you want to call it). Why not try to make the most of by doing something productive? There are so many ways that you can make the best of this time in quarantine....let's find the positives!
No matter how you chose to spend your time, just remember that the more you do, the better you feel!

Do some personal development. Make an action plan for how you how you want things to be different when we are back to day-to-day life.

Teach your pets some new tricks and soak up cuddles with them.
Do a home workout using what you have at home. Maybe even get your friends together via Skype or Face Time and get a sweat on together!
Clean up your social media feed and unfollow people that aren't relevant to you.
Create a fun cozy spot in your home to curl up with a book and daydream.
Begin to declutter your home room by room.
Connect with friends on Face Time that you don't talk to regularly.
Implement some mindful habits you've felt like you don't usually have time for.
Watch a show you've been wanting to see.
Head out into nature and really soak up how good it feels to be outside.
