Patio garden

Since the only thing I can keep alive are succulents ... here is a pic of my Spring succulent garden.
Last year, I attempted to grow a tomato plant on my 2nd floor patio. One morning, around 6am, I felt real ambitious and I decided to go water my tomato plant. The tomatoes had just been ripening from green to an orange-red color and they were almost ready to pick. As I lifted the water can, I bumped a tomato off the vine. The tomato rolled off my patio and splatted onto the car below. Not my car. 6am.
As the car alarm began to sound ... at 6am in the dead silence of my apartment complex, I quietly slid inside, closed the sliding door and hid under the covers in my bedroom.
This was the moment I realized I should probably not grow tomatoes any more on my 2nd floor patio :-)
Just succulents this year!!!
