Because it isn't raining rain, you know, it's raining violets!

And when you see clouds upon the hills
You soon will see crowds of daffodils.
(April-like March showers here today)
Around 1990 my brother purchased a property which included the ruins of a 1700-1800's farmhouse. There were daffodils everywhere and I brought some home. They've lived along my fence undisturbed ever since. My assumption is they were never cultivated into the "trumpeted" daffodils we know to day or after 200 years they reverted back to a "wild" state.
Anyway, have a sunshiny day no matter what your weather!
