Weekly Goals - Feel Good About Myself

Happy Sunday! This week I am going to focus on feeling good about myself. My first task is moving my weight numbers down instead of up. My second task is eating less and moving more. Believing that my body can do it (mental challenge) and the rest will fall into place.

Today's Weight - 222.8 (+2.8)

1) Exercise at least 60 minutes per day / BONUS - 120 minutes (6 days)
2) Daily Steps at least 12,000 per day / BONUS - 13,500 steps (7 days)
3) Sleep 6 - 7 hours per night / BONUS - 8 hours (4 days)
