Well, we postponed my March appointment and now that it is April, we learn that Mrs. Doc is not taking appointments because of the Coronavirus, so she will just call my prescriptions in for me this month. This means I won't see her scale. And who knows how long that will last!
I made a commitment a couple of years ago to only add HER scale number into spark. Her scale often adds 4 pounds to my analog scale.
So, today, I'm going to do a review using three scale numbers, but logging what the Doc's would say. Then I can see the trend.
February 2019 I touched 260 on analog scale.
Mrs. Doc's scale-254
I noted in May that when I am swelled I weighed 255 on analog scale.
Doc's scale- 248
analog scale- 240
Mrs. Doc's scale- 244
analog- flitted back and forth between 236-240
(On Doc's scale that would be 240-244)
+4 for Mrs.Doc- 239 (estimate)
Digital scale- 230.4 (yesterday it hit 229! Woohoo!)
Analog scale 232
+4 for Mrs. Doc-236 (estimate)
So the loss is REAL slow, but it is a good loss.
My ankles don't swell now, so that's awesome. My shoes are even loose and I might have to go down a size.
My exercise has been:
50 minutes of rebounding, 6 days a week and I've been committed since Feb. 3.
So...all of February and all of March, I did not skip my workouts. There was one day that I was sick and only did 10 minutes on the rebounder (which is the actual recommendation), but I made up the other 40 the next day.
In March I tried to increase my energy.
I drank more water and added flavoring with energy packet
I eat a protein bar before bed, which is also high in fiber
I do enjoy making a snack mix with various cereals and pretzels or something.
And of course I eat other stuff besides this, but these are the main 'adds' right now.
Be blessed and be a blessing,
