BSG April Challenge - Week One

We're asked to blog about our progress this past month and my goals for this month:

Today's Weight = 223.7 (+4.2 pounds)

Weight gain due to emotional eating & lymphedema (water retention). I was 221 on Thursday.

In the last month, I have:

1) Gained 4.2 pounds during the month of March.
2) Reached daily step goal of 12,000 steps per day 25 days out of 31 days.
3) Reached daily exercise goal of 60 days 21 out of 31 days.
4) Reached my daily sleep goal of 6 - 7 hours 20 days out of 31 days.

April Goals:

1) Exercise at least 60 minutes per day.
2) Daily Steps at least 12,000 per day.
3) Sleep 6 - 7 hours per night.
4) Lose at least 5 pounds.
5) Eat less, move more.
