Weekly Goals & Daily Routine

Happy Monday! The 2020 Spring 5% Challenge started on Saturday and one of our healthy habits to work on is to establish a daily routine. Well, I have to say that the Stay At Home order has made it harder for me to stick to a set schedule, but I am up for the challenge!

Today's Weight - 220.3 (-2.5)

1) Exercise at least 60 minutes per day / BONUS - 120 minutes (5 days)
2) Daily Steps at least 12,000 per day / BONUS - 13,500 steps (5 days)
3) Sleep 6 - 7 hours per night / BONUS - 8 hours (5 days)

Daily Routine:

1) Prayer & Meditation
2) Cook & Eat Breakfast
3) Shower & Get Dressed
4) Monday - Friday / Work From Home
5) Weekend / Writing Research & Blogging
6) Household Chores
7) Break - Outdoors
8) Meal Prep
9) Run Errands
10) Eat Lunch
11) Educational Review / Discussions
12) Exercise
13) Journaling / Reading / Coloring / Play Board Games
14) Break - Snack - Outdoors
