What Did I Do Today?

Wednesday, April 15, 2020

We still stay in our resort and usually get a short walk done, but this week I have a very sore toe and can't walk much. But did spend the day getting lots of food ready since produce man came to us yesterday and younger couple next door brought necessary items from store for us.
Made 4 loaves zucchini bread, 6 big stuffed pepper halves, and panful of sliced zucchini, summer squash, red and yellow peppers with onions and lots of herbs. Fresh Florida corn is ready now. YUM. Don't need to cook the rest of the week.

Good for you! It sounds like you have some good food prepared on hand and can relax a bit for the rest of the week. I love summer squash. I have a new favorite strange combination of cutting up yellow squash and sweet potato and roasting in the oven. Enjoy the corn! Have a great week!:)
